Kuwait’s Ahmadi Municipality has issued two citations for the illegal use of public spaces, removed three unlicensed clothes collection boxes and issued seven warnings during an inspection campaign in Al-Mangaf and Al-Sabahiya.
The campaign was conducted by the supervisory team of the Public Hygiene and Road Occupancy Department at the Ahmadi Municipality branch to identify violations and enforce municipal regulations.
Saad Al-Khurainej, director of the Ahmadi Municipality branch, said field inspections aim to monitor violations and take the necessary legal action against those responsible. He added that inspection teams continue to conduct field visits across areas under the branch’s jurisdiction to ensure compliance with municipal rules.
The municipality’s Public Relations Department said inspection campaigns would continue to identify violations, implement the required supervisory measures and ensure adherence to regulations governing public hygiene and the use of public spaces.
The campaign forms part of the municipality’s ongoing efforts to maintain public cleanliness, regulate the use of shared spaces and address unauthorized activities in residential areas.
