Bajaj Auto has had a good start to the festive season at home and isn’t doing badly away from it either. The maker of Pulsar and Discover, India’s biggest two-wheeler exporter, has registered its highest ever sales overseas in September at 2.12 lakh units.October could be better as overseas volumes increase, and buyers queue up at home. Besides a 24% spike in the domestic market which has been led by inventory filling for the festive season, the 14% growth in exports in September helped the company register a healthy double digit growth.
