OVER 10 CRORE COVID VICTIMS IN THE WORLD

 Covid disease continues to plague the world. In the last 24 hours, 5,90,732 people have been infected with the virus. 16,852 deaths were also reported. The total number of confirmed cases in different countries has crossed 10 crore.Statistics showS that the number of people infected with the virus has increased rapidly since the discovery of the genetically modified covid variant in Britain and South Africa. Studies have shown that the new variant is 70 times more likely to spread than the first confirmed virus. Prevention measures have been intensified in this case but the spread of the disease has not stopped .

Many countries are tightening controls.10,14,41,177 people have been infected with the virus so far, and 21,84,283 have lost their lives. 7,33,28,475 people have been cured . 2,59,28,419 are still in treatment. Of these, 1,10,335 remain in critical condition. The United States, India, Brazil, Russia, the United Kingdom, France, Spain, Italy, Turkey and Germany are among the top 10 countries with the highest prevalence of the disease.
