TWO ASIANS DIED AFTER BEING ELECTROCUTED WHILE CLEANING FISH POND IN DUBAI

Dubai: Two Asians have died after being electrocuted while cleaning an ornamental fish pond in Dubai. A team of experts immediately arrived at the scene and conducted an inspection. The accident was caused by an unlicensed company establishing an electrical connection using substandard wires Said Muhammad Ali Al Qasim. He added that the company did not meet the required safety standards.


An expert team arrived at the spot soon after learning of the incident and handed over the two bodies to the forensic team. The electricity came from an electric pump that pumped water into the pond. He explained that the wires used in the pump were substandard and that the accident was caused by the failure to fix it.
