Dubai: Admission to the UAE for those who have been vaccinated by the World Health Organization. The new notice states that people from countries where travel was previously banned can enter the UAE if they have received both doses of the vaccine. This was reported by the National Emergency Crisis and Disaster Management Authority and the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship (ICA).

The new exemptions will take effect from September 12. Admission is open to people from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, Namibia, Zambia, Congo, Uganda, Sierra Leone, South Africa, Nigeria and Afghanistan. Holders of valid residence visas, including those residing abroad for more than six months, can enter the UAE from the 12th.

Travel permit can be obtained by registering on the ICA website and providing vaccination information. The vaccination certificate will be checked before departure. In addition, the results of the corona examination performed within 48 hours must be produced. Test results from accredited labs, including the QR code, are required.

Rapid PCR testing should be performed before boarding the aircraft. All corona standards must be met and the corona test must be repeated on the fourth and eighth day after arrival in the UAE. It has been informed that these conditions do not apply to children below 16 years of age.
