DUBAI ROADS CUSTOMERS COUNCIL DISCUSSES DEVELOPING DRIVERS LICENSING SERVICE

Dubai: The Customers Council of the Roads and Transport Authority in Dubai, in its 129th session with the public from various segments of society, discussed the development of the services provided by the Authority to dealers in the field of drivers licensing.


The session was chaired by Mohammed Obaid Al Mulla, member of the Board of Executive Directors of the Roads and Transport Authority and Chairman of the Customers Council, and was attended by members of the Board and representatives of the Drivers Licensing Department, in addition to directors of the concerned departments, 114 dealers, driver examiners and officials of driving training centers and institutes.

Al Mulla stressed the keenness of the authority's senior management to provide the best and finest services to achieve happiness for customers, in implementation of the directives and strategy of the Dubai government, which aims to take care of customers and improve and develop services on an ongoing basis.

The participants' suggestions, ideas and observations were reviewed, which focused on improving and developing the customer's journey, and disseminating and exchanging knowledge with the concerned authorities locally and globally through the use of relevant expertise and experiences.
