Pakistan: Imran Khan, the former prime minister of Pakistan, has left the Islamabad court area after the supreme court ruled that arrest on corruption charges was unlawful. Mr. Khan's party claimed on Friday night that he was traveling to Lahore. Judges granted Mr. Khan protected bail, which prevents a re-arrest for two weeks. The court also ruled that he could not be detained on any charges brought after last Tuesday until May 17. The allegations against Mr. Khan remain valid in spite of the decisions.
