Bird flue kills 25 species of mammals

According to the World Organisation for Animal Health (WOAH), the most recent bird flu outbreak, which started in October 2021, has killed about 25 different species of mammals across 14 countries.The total number of outbreaks or cases reported to the WOAH by each nation as of May 19 are listed below, broken down by type of mammal. Several species can be found in some categories.
