The "Rubber Duck" sculpture by Dutch artist Florentijn Hofman has returned to Hong Kong ten years after it first appeared in Victoria Harbour. And it has a companion this time. Hofman's floating ducks will glide over the Hong Kong's waters for two weeks later this month, according to an announcement made on Thursday by the creative studio AllRightsReserved, which frequently organizes public art displays in the city. The new structure was given the name "Double Ducks" by the company.
