Over 400 people were apprehended across France as mass protests sparked the nation for the third day. To help control the protests, the RAID, France's elite police force, was sent to the cities of Bordeaux, Lyon, Roubaix, Marseille, and Lille. In the Parisian suburb of Nanterre, where the 17-year-old named Nahel was fatally shot by police days earlier for allegedly disobeying a request to stop his car.
