Pakistani police on Monday said an initial investigation suggests that a banned terrorist group, ISIS, was responsible for a suicide bombing at a political rally of a hard-line Islamic party that killed 44 people and wounded more than 100.The incident occurred on Sunday when a gathering of over 400 members of the JUI-F, a party with a reputation for its ties to hard-line political Islam, took place under a canopy in Khar, a town situated on the Afghanistan-Pakistan border.
