As the planet continues to warm, sea ice has reached an all-time low in the Antarctica. On Tuesday, researchers warned that as global temperatures continue to rise, there will be no quick fix to undo the damage. In 2023, sea ice reached a minimum level 20 per cent below the average over the past 40 years. According to a new study, burning fossil fuels is the primary cause of Global warming. As a result, Antarctica is vulnerable to extreme events.
