The interior ministry declared on Sunday that citizens are required to submit their biometrics by September 30, leaving only 22 days for compliance. In order to facilitate this process, biometrics centers have extended their operating hours from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm, seven days a week. Appointments can be arranged via the Sahel app. Foreign residents have until December 30, 2024, to finalize their registration.
