Kuwait Moves to Restore Oil Production to Pre-Conflict Levels

Kuwait City: Kuwait is moving to restore its oil production to pre-conflict levels in the coming weeks as regional tensions ease and energy operations gradually return to normal.

Officials said efforts are underway to fully re-establish production and export activities following disruptions caused by recent regional security challenges. Improved security conditions have enabled oil facilities and production centres to resume normal operations, raising expectations that output will soon return to previous levels.

The reopening and stabilisation of the Strait of Hormuz has also provided a significant boost to export activities, helping improve shipping conditions and strengthen supply chains across the region.

Industry observers believe Kuwait’s production recovery will play an important role in supporting global energy supply stability and reducing uncertainty in international oil markets. As one of the world’s major oil producers, Kuwait’s return to full production capacity is expected to provide reassurance to energy markets and consumers alike.

Authorities said efforts will continue to ensure that production and export operations are fully restored while maintaining commitments to international customers and global energy demand.
