Kuwait officially began its national holiday celebrations on Sunday with a flag-raising ceremony under the patronage of His Highness the Amir, Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah. The event marks the start of festivities for the 65th National Day and the 35th Liberation Day, honoring the nation’s history and achievements.
Ceremonies are being held across all six governorates, with streets and government buildings decorated with images of the Amir and the Crown Prince, Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, alongside the Kuwaiti flag. The celebrations aim to instill national pride and unity among citizens.
