Kuwait Suspends Vehicle Ownership Services on Sahel App

Kuwait City: Vehicle ownership transfer and renewal services in Kuwait have been temporarily suspended due to a technical issue affecting the Insurance Regulatory Unit’s systems.

The services, which were being provided through the Sahel app in coordination with the Ministry of Interior, are currently unavailable until the issue is resolved.

Officials confirmed that efforts are underway to fix the technical fault as quickly as possible to restore normal services for citizens and residents.

Authorities assured that the system will be brought back online soon, and users are advised to wait for further updates before attempting to access these services.

Although the disruption has caused inconvenience for many who rely on digital platforms, officials said the suspension is a precautionary step to ensure system integrity and service reliability.
