Kuwait Announces Traffic Closure on Third Ring Road Flyover Until August 28

Kuwait’s General Traffic Department has announced the full closure of the flyover over Damascus Road on the Third Ring Road in both directions as part of ongoing road maintenance works. The closure began on Friday evening and will remain in place until August 28.

The affected section runs between the intersection of King Fahad bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Road (Morocco Road) and King Faisal bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Road (Riyadh Road). However, the intersection and roundabouts connecting Damascus Road with the Third Ring Road will remain open to traffic.

Motorists have been advised to plan their journeys in advance and use alternative routes to avoid delays during the closure. Drivers are also encouraged to follow traffic signs and instructions in the area until the maintenance work is completed.
