OVER USE OF DRUG, YOUNG MAN LOST CONTROL ON STREET

Kuwait City: Young man loses consciousness on the street due to drug abuse. Security officials arrested a young man who screamed in front of people on the street and fell unconscious. Authorities said they would take further action against him.


The incident in the Salwa area was recorded and circulated by an unidentified person over the phone. The video shows a young man on the main street of Salva saying and doing something he could not understand.

When people approached the young man, they informed the authorities that it was clear that he was in an unusual condition. Authorities said the 22 - year - old was arrested on suspicion of drug abuse. A case has been registered against him.
