Kuwait City: The World Health Organization (WHO) has recommended that 70 percent of the population be vaccinated within the next two months. So far, 26,22,050 people in the country have been vaccinated. More than three million people need to be vaccinated to reach 70 percent of Kuwait's population to gain social immunity. According to current indications, the Ministry of Health expects the target to be reached by October. With the availability of the vaccine in the coming days, the authorities expect that the pace of immunization will increase.

In the current situation, vaccination against covid is only effective and the Ministry of Health has requested that if there are nationals who are not registered in the vaccination portal, they should register immediately. Those who receive text messages for vaccination should strictly follow the health and safety instructions at covid centers. The facilities in each health center have the capacity to accommodate a certain number of people. Therefore, both the expatriate and the expatriate should check the date and time of receiving the vaccine and arrive accordingly. This will help in the smooth running of the vaccination centers and reduce the crowds inside and outside the centers, officials said.
