Kuwait City: Directors of travel and tourism companies say that the sharp rise in ticket prices for flights to Kuwait will not go down anytime soon. Tickets to Kuwait are in high demand due to the limited capacity of the airport, which allows only 5,000 passengers per day.


This has led to an increase of over 500 per cent in ticket prices. Many expatriates who want to return to Kuwait do not have direct flights from their home country.

With this, they were forced to take return tickets on transit flights. That is how the ticket prices for Dubai-Kuwait flights went up sharply. According to tourism companies, ticket prices will not go down without increasing the capacity of the airport.
