THE INDIAN EMBASSY WILL CONTINUE TO PROVIDE FREE REPATRIATION OF BODIES OF DECEASED NRIS

Kuwait City: The Indian Embassy in Kuwait said in a statement that all necessary assistance was being provided to transport the bodies of Indians who died in Kuwait free of charge. The scheme is being implemented with the objective of providing relief to the homeless who have no other assistance to repatriate the body. Authorities said they should contact the embassy immediately if the sponsor of the deceased worker refuses to bear the cost or suffers financial hardship.
