RECOMMENDED TO STOP HUGE BONUSES GIVEN TO GOVERNMENT AGENCIES

Kuwait City: Recommendation to stop giving large financial bonuses and rewards of over one thousand dinars from the public treasury to government agencies. The recommendation was made by the Civil Service Bureau. 


This was confirmed by the Civil Service Bureau in its reply to the Cabinet on the declining liquidity in the General Reserve and the need to find comprehensive solutions to address the general budget deficit. 

The memorandum, which was recently reviewed by the Cabinet, details the benefits provided to leaders and their counterparts in all government agencies. It also explains the decisions taken since 2015 to reduce travel and transportation costs.
