Residents oppose the construction of a business development in the region

KUWAIT : After a proposal was submitted and won by a firm, residents of the Adailiya neighbourhood reiterated their opposition to the building of a commercial complex, as declared by the Kuwait Football Association, writes Al-Qabas newspaper. They emphasised that this initiative will transform a peaceful residential neighbourhood into a hive of activity.

"This complex, according to the declared specs, will be built on a 10,000 square metre site," the locals added. It will include dozens of shops, a hotel and a health club.
