EDUCATING EXPAT WORKERS ON THEIR LEGAL RIGHTS

Kuwait City: The Kuwait Society for Human Rights is doing an activity aimed at foreign labourers in Kuwait, often known as "Expatriate Laborers." This programme is carried out in collaboration with the US-Middle East Partnership Initiative (MEPI) as a form of collaborative cooperation in creating awareness and teaching migrant workers in Kuwait about their legal rights. In addition, they will receive legal, psychological, and social help. 


The project aims to provide legal counsel as well as psychological, social, and legal support to workers in the private sector who are subject to Kuwaiti Labor Law No. 6 of 2010, as well as workers in the domestic sector who are subject to Domestic Labor Law No. 68 of 2015.
