NUMBER OF PEOPLE RECEIVED BOOSTER DOSE IN KUWAIT REACHED ONE MILLION

Kuwait City: Prevention measures against the Covid epidemic have stopped the spread of the virus and the severity of the virus has been assessed to be low. Vaccination rates have reached 85 percent of the total population. In addition, precise plans are planned and implemented to increase health awareness and to avoid contact with infected people or those who are showing signs of infection.


Meanwhile, the number of people taking Covid Booster dose in the country is approaching one million. So far, 917,900 citizens and residents have received the third dose. The number of two dose recipients was 3277024. The national vaccination campaign is aimed at maintaining social immunity, officials said. The disease rate in the country has reached 98.8 per cent.
