KUWAIT IMPOSED A TRAVEL BAN ON 110,991 PEOPLE LAST YEAR

Kuwait City: The General Administration of Implementation reportedly took 40,35535 measures last year, including 110,991 travel bans. According to figures released by the Ministry of Justice, it has the highest rate of travel ban cases. In 2021, 36,602 citizens and residents were barred from traveling through Kuwait International Airport. 


Officials have released figures from various governorates. The highest number of people banned from traveling was from the Farwaniya Governorate with 19,114 jokers. The Ahmadi Governorate, with 13,527 people behind, is banned from traveling. A total of 13,430 people from Hawali Governorate have been banned from traveling. A total of 12,407 people from the Capital Governorate and 11,601 from the Jahra Governorate have been banned from traveling. With 4310 cases, lagging behind in terms of travel ban. Mubarak al-Kabeer is the governor.
