Kuwait City: Public Authority for Manpower (PAM) emphasised that it would not stand for infractions of the law's prohibition against working past noon. Aseel Al-Mazyed, the authority's official spokesperson and director of the Public Relations and Media Department, emphasised in a press release the necessity of adhering to the decision to ban the employment of workers at noon, which forbids the employer from employing workers in open places between 11 am and 4 pm for the period extending from the first of June until the end of August.

PAM stated that a monitoring team is running inspection campaigns throughout the nation, particularly in the construction-sector regions, and that the process of enforcing the violation is done in-person in accordance with tight protocols. The inspector, when confirming the presence of workers who are in violation of the decision, issues a notice of one working day, and the site is re-inspected the following day. It was noted that, should the violation persist, the employer would be issued the necessary violation in accordance with the regulations and decisions regulating. The designated hotline number, 99523590, was to be used to receive communications from individuals and locals that the specialised task team would handle.
