HEATWAVE, HIGH TEMPERATURES IN KUWAIT, NO RISK OF DEATH ASSESSED

Kuwait City: With the death toll rising in some European countries due to the recent heat wave, the question has been raised as to why there are no deaths in Kuwait, where temperatures are high. European countries are going through a heat wave that is causing deaths. But meteorologist Mohammad Al-Kharam said that the high temperature in Kuwait does not lead to death. 


Europe's atmosphere is saturated with water vapor. The body does not allow sweat to escape and dry itself. This leads to a kind of suffocation and thus death. However, the climate in Kuwait is hot and dry. So any high temperature causes sweat to escape from the body, opening the pores and cooling the body, he added.
