EGYPTIAN VISITORS TO KUWAIT MUST PAY AN ADDITIONAL 9 KD

Kuwait City: Any type of entry visa for Egyptians will now be subject to a 9 Kuwaiti dinar fee, according to the Interior Ministry. This is in response to the decision to charge every Kuwaiti entering Egypt a $30 fee.


A circular with strict instructions that a fee of 9 dinars should be collected when issuing any type of visa to Egyptians was given to officers, soldiers, and civilians working at the land and airport ports.

Everyone was expected to abide by the circular and put Thursday's decision into action, according to the circular. Anyone who disobeys these rules is subject to punishment and accountability under the law.
