Kuwait City : Holiday has been declared for schools as per the Ministry of Health's order due to the partial solar eclipse that will be visible in Kuwait on Tuesday, October 25. According to Kuwaiti astronomer Adel Al Sadoon, the eclipse will start at 1:20 pm, peak at 2, and end at 3:44 pm. When looking directly at the sun, he advised everyone to use special filters to protect their eyes.
