Kuwait City: Dr. Ahmad Al-Foudari, director of ophthalmology at the Ministry of Health, issued a warning on Monday that staring at the sun during a solar eclipse could result in permanent vision loss or blindness. This information was provided in a statement in which he issued a warning against staring at the sun for an extended period of time. He noted that the eclipse would reach a percentage of 53.4 percent and would start on Tuesday at 13:20:30 PM, peak at 14:35:34 PM, and end at 15:44:13 PM.
