PRODUCTS SOLD IN KUWAIT ARE SECURE

Kuwait City: Consumers have been assured by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry that all goods sold on the Kuwaiti market are completely safe. This happened after word got out that a hair care product had been pulled off the US market by the US Food and Drug Administration because it contained carcinogenic benzene.


According to sources, "The Ministry of Commerce and Industry would like to reassure our valued consumers and confirm that the products in the Kuwaiti markets are completely safe," as the ministry of commerce, after keeping an eye on the news, worked with the ministry of health to confirm the recalls and withdrawals that occurred in the American and Canadian markets. 

Only specific types of these products, which were previously sold only in the American and Canadian markets, have been recalled, the sources continued. The ministry affirmed that these products are not sold in local markets and that it is constantly vigilant about looking into anything that might endanger the health and safety of consumers.
