Kuwait City: The government won't be able to afford the costs of recent graduates entering the labour force, and there are hundreds of thousands of immigrants looking for government employment, we have heard and read repeatedly for a very long time. Recently, information about the potential for the government to cover the costs of 500,000 new graduates over the following 15 years was made public in the National Assembly.

Government salaries were included in the final account for the years 2008–2009 at a cost of 3.04 billion dinars, and for 2020–2021 at a cost of 7.45 billion dinars. Kuwait's financial situation is at its best since independence, and the government continues to pay salaries. Despite the effects of the invasion, we have the largest reserves in the Arab world in the Future Generations Fund, our oil revenues exceed our spending due to global inflation and the ongoing war between Russia and Ukraine, and we don't have any sizable debts, according to sources.
