An expatriate from Sri Lanka, who works as a food delivery driver in Kuwait, was reportedly shot by a customer due to a delayed order. The 44-year-old individual, originally from Rajanganaya, has been residing in Kuwait for approximately 8 years. Recounting the incident, Lakshman Thilakaratne stated that it took place on January 10. He explained that the customer had provided incorrect location details initially, leading him to drive to a different address to complete the delivery. Subsequently, upon Thilakaratne's arrival at the customer's residence, the individual became upset by the delay and shot him.
