An expatriate from Sri Lanka, who works as a food delivery driver in Kuwait, was reportedly shot by a customer due to a delayed order. The 44-year-old individual, originally from Rajanganaya, has been residing in Kuwait for approximately 8 years. Recounting the incident, Lakshman Thilakaratne stated that it took place on January 10.
