Kuwait’s Municipality declared that the site for first integrated residential city project for low-income workers has been officially transferred to the investing company. The site, located in Sabhan and covering an area of 40,000 square meters, will be able to house 3,000 workers. It will consist of 16 residential complexes equipped with bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, and laundry rooms on each floor.
Additionally, the project will feature two commercial complexes comprising of restaurants, cafes, and shops, along with administrative and government buildings, as well as facilities like a police station and a mosque. The contract was signed by Mishal Al-Aradah, a representative of the Kuwait Municipality, and the project is set to be completed within a year and a half.
