Kuwait City : An unidentified person was arrested by Mubarak Al-Kabir police in connection with dumping a newborn baby near a garbage bin in the Mubarak Al-Kabir governorate. As per reports, the child was allegedly placed inside a paper carton. After receiving the information about the incident, the Criminal Investigation Department reached the spot and arrested the suspect. Then the baby was taken to the hospital.
