Jazeera Airways Board Approves Purchase of 6 Airbus A320 CEO Aircraft

Jazeera Airways has announced that its Board of Directors has approved the purchase of six Airbus A320 CEO aircraft, currently operated under lease contracts. The total value of the acquisition amounts to 55.57 million dinars.

The airline disclosed in a statement to the stock exchange that the financing for the purchase will be sourced through a combination of internal resources and loans from local banks. The deal is expected to have a positive financial impact, with an immediate one-time profit of 1.11 million dinars, resulting from the early termination of the aircraft’s lease contracts.

Jazeera Airways anticipates that purchasing these aircraft will significantly benefit its financial performance in the medium to long term, strengthening its fleet and operational capabilities.
