UAE Condemns Drone Attack on Oman’s Salalah Port

The United Arab Emirates has strongly condemned a drone attack targeting Port of Salalah in Oman.

In a statement, the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs described the incident as a provocative act that caused damage to fuel storage tanks at the port and created a dangerous situation in the region.

The ministry said the attack represents a clear violation of international law and threatens regional stability.

The UAE also expressed full solidarity with Oman and reaffirmed its support for all measures taken by the country to safeguard its security and ensure the safety of its citizens and residents.

Officials further called on the international community to remain vigilant, noting that attacks against neighbouring countries during the period of Ramadan could undermine peace and stability across the region.
