UAE Denounces Iran’s Missile Strikes on Gulf Nations

Abu Dhabi: The United Arab Emirates has strongly condemned the latest Iranian missile and drone attacks targeting Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Jordan and Oman, describing them as a serious violation of the sovereignty of the affected countries.

In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said the attacks represented a blatant breach of international law and posed a significant threat to regional security and stability.

The ministry reaffirmed the UAE’s full solidarity with Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Jordan and Oman, expressing its support for all measures taken by the affected countries to protect their sovereignty, security and citizens.

The UAE also stressed the importance of preserving regional stability and called for respect for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of all nations.

The statement comes amid heightened tensions in the Gulf following renewed exchanges between Iran and the United States, with several countries in the region activating emergency security measures in response to the attacks.
