Kuwait Grants First Golden Residency to Lulu Group Chairman

Kuwait City: M. A. Yusuff Ali, Chairman of Lulu Group, has become the first recipient of Kuwait’s 15-year Golden Residency (Golden Visa).

The long-term residency document was officially presented to Yusuff Ali by Fahad Al-Yousef.

Kuwait introduced the 15-year Golden Residency programme last month as part of its strategy to attract major investors and recognise expatriates who have made significant long-term contributions to the country’s economy.

By granting long-term residency to distinguished investors and business leaders, Kuwait aims to encourage sustainable investment, strengthen economic growth and enhance the country’s appeal as a destination for international business.

Yusuff Ali’s recognition as the programme’s first beneficiary highlights his longstanding contribution to Kuwait’s retail and investment sectors through the Lulu Group.
