Dubai RTA Announces New Access Route at Burj Khalifa Metro Station

Dubai: Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has opened a temporary staircase at the Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall Metro Station as part of the ongoing station expansion project.

The temporary access facility has been introduced to facilitate passenger movement while construction work continues at one of the busiest stations on the Dubai Metro network.

The RTA has advised passengers entering the station to follow the designated entrance routes, station maps and directional signs to ensure smooth and safe access during the construction period.

The authority also said station staff will remain available to provide guidance and assistance to commuters whenever required.

Thanking passengers for their cooperation, the RTA requested commuters to continue following the temporary access arrangements and comply with station instructions until the expansion works are completed.
