Kuwait’s Public Authority for Civil Information (PACI) has introduced a new digital service allowing property and unit owners to submit entity deletion requests through the Sahel app. The service enables applicants to complete the process electronically without visiting PACI offices.
Applicants can submit their requests online, upload the required documents, track the status of their applications and receive approval details once the process is completed. The new service is part of Kuwait’s wider efforts to expand digital government services and simplify procedures for residents and property owners.
PACI already offers several property-related services through Sahel, including adding entities, updating building information, assigning numbers to vacant plots, adding diwaniyas and checking location details. The authority also provides access to Kuwait Finder, with the latest addition expected to reduce office visits and make property-related procedures faster and more convenient.
