Kuwait’s Ministry of Interior is reviewing security preparedness across key sectors as part of efforts to strengthen operational readiness. Major General Hamad Al Muneifi, Assistant Undersecretary for Public Security Affairs, visited the Private Security Sector, Correctional Institutions and Border Security Sector to assess their performance and security arrangements.
During the visits, officials briefed Al Muneifi on operational procedures, security responsibilities and field activities. He reviewed the readiness of the different departments and discussed key requirements, operational challenges and ways to improve service efficiency and security performance.
Particular attention was given to measures taken by the Border Security Sector to protect Kuwait’s borders. Al Muneifi stressed the importance of addressing operational requirements promptly and strengthening preparedness to ensure effective performance and maintain high levels of security across the country.
