Dubai’s RTA Reminds Global Village, Miracle Garden Visitors to Check nol Card Status

The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) in Dubai has issued a travel advisory for visitors planning trips to Global Village or Dubai Miracle Garden, reminding them to verify their nol card status before traveling. According to the RTA’s social media announcement, only active Silver or Gold nol cards are accepted on intercity and seasonal bus routes serving these attractions. Monthly passes and Red Tickets cannot be used for these specific services.

Passengers are urged to ensure sufficient balance on their nol cards to cover both the outward and return journeys. This precaution is intended to prevent delays or inconvenience, especially given the long distances and high visitor volumes typically experienced at both destinations. The RTA encourages the use of public transport for a smoother and more flexible travel experience, particularly during weekends and peak visiting hours.

Global Village and Dubai Miracle Garden are among Dubai’s most popular seasonal attractions, drawing large crowds from November through April. The RTA operates dedicated and enhanced bus services to manage the influx and reduce traffic congestion around these sites. Following the guidelines will help visitors avoid payment issues and enjoy a hassle-free commute.

The advisory underscores the RTA’s ongoing efforts to streamline public transport operations during high-demand periods. By directing visitors to use valid nol cards and plan ahead, authorities aim to improve passenger flow, optimize service efficiency, and enhance the overall visitor experience at two of the emirate’s key leisure destinations.
