Dubai added another milestone to its record-breaking legacy by hosting the largest Lagree Fitness class ever recorded. A total of 253 participants came together for a high-energy workout session at the iconic DIFC Gate, officially earning a place in Guinness World Records.
The landmark event was made possible through a collaboration between Longevity Wellness Hub, Dubai International Financial Centre, and Lagree Fitness. Participants trained simultaneously on Microformers, creating a striking visual against Dubai’s skyline, with the Museum of the Future visible in the background.
The sessions were personally led by Sebastien Lagree, the creator of the Lagree Method, who conducted two consecutive 45-minute classes. Adding to the electric atmosphere, live music played throughout the workout, with Lagree’s son serving as the DJ, keeping energy levels high as attendees moved in perfect sync.
Known for blending Pilates-style precision with strength and endurance training, the Lagree Method delivers intense, low-impact workouts that are easy on the joints while building full-body strength. Reflecting on the achievement, Lagree described the moment as deeply emotional, calling it his first-ever world record and praising the overwhelming support and energy from the Dubai fitness community.
