Ras Al Khaimah authorities confirmed that emergency teams responded on Tuesday morning after debris fell in the Al Hamra Village area following the interception of a drone by national air defence systems.
Officials stated that the drone was successfully neutralised in the air, resulting in fragments landing in parts of the community. No injuries or major property damage were reported.
The Ras Al Khaimah Government Media Office reassured residents that response units acted promptly to secure the area and assess the situation. Authorities emphasised that the country’s air defence systems remain fully operational as part of ongoing precautionary measures.
Residents have been advised to follow updates only through official government channels and to avoid circulating unverified information.
The UAE continues to closely monitor regional developments while maintaining readiness to safeguard its airspace and ensure public safety.
