According to the Dubai Media Office, emergency teams quickly secured the area and assessed the situation after the debris impact.
In a separate incident earlier in the day, authorities also responded to a minor drone crash in the Al Bada’a area. Civil Defence and other relevant teams managed the situation and carried out an assessment. No injuries were reported.
Officials had also confirmed that a drone fell onto a building near Dubai Creek Harbour earlier, causing a small fire that was quickly brought under control.
