WE DON'T PLAN TO CAPTURE KABUL BY FORCE, SAYS TALIBAN

The Afghan authorities have reported that the Taliban forces have surrounded the outskirts of the city and have begun their entry into Kabul. The advances made by the Taliban has made US helicopters evacuate the embassy staff. Taliban reportedly declared that the city of Kabul will not be taken over by force and there shall be no violence during the occupation and has also ordered their fighters to allow people to leave the city if they wished so.
Meanwhile, President Ashraf Ghani has left Afghanistan as the Taliban closes in on Kabul, according to the country’s top peace negotiator Abdullah Abdullah.
