VISITORS FROM INDIA AND OTHER COUNTRIES ARE ALLOWED TO TRAVEL TO UAE

Abu Dhabi: Visitors from all countries are allowed to travel to the UAE. Those who have received two doses of Corona Vaccine approved by the World Health Organization are allowed to enter the UAE on a tourist visa.


This is stated in a statement issued jointly by the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship (ICA) and the National Emergency Crisis and Disaster Management Authority. The new decision will take effect on August 30.

This applies to visitor visas from countries that have previously banned travel to the UAE, officials said on Saturday. With this, travelers from all over India who have been vaccinated can apply for a tourist visa.

Those traveling to the country on a visitor visa must undergo a Rapid PCR test upon arrival at the airport. Vaccination certificates can be registered through the ICA website and the Al Hussein app. For those who do not receive the vaccine in the banned countries, the existing rules will remain unchanged.
