Kuwait City: An Asian expatriate and his Arab girlfriend have been arrested for allegedly engaging in unethical activities inside a parked car. The incident took place in Salmiya area. Video clips of the incident were made available to Haveli security personnel. The two were sitting in the front seat of a parked car when a Kuwaiti citizen recorded the incident on his mobile phone.
